LK President is one of the bigger LK group towers, a 25-floor, roughly 190-room four-star sitting right on Pattaya 3rd Road at the edge of the Soi Buakhao corridor. Soi Buakhao itself is about a three-minute walk and LK Metro, the gogo soi, about five, which drops you straight into the city’s budget nightlife pocket without paying Walking Street rates. Walking Street is roughly a 25-minute walk or a quick baht bus south.

For this price band the facilities are generous: free parking, a gym up on the 19th floor, a sauna, an on-site Thai restaurant and a ground-floor pool. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, which you’ll appreciate at 3am. Rooms come with aircon, a fridge, flat-screen TV and tea and coffee gear, and the suites are roomy enough for a longer stay. Breakfast is a buffet billed separately, usually somewhere around ฿190 to ฿350 depending on your rate.

The Agoda score sits at 8.4/10 across more than 5,800 reviews, and the thing regulars mention again and again is how clean the rooms are kept. Value and space draw the same praise.

Guest policy

LK President is reported guest friendly: one overnight guest joins free, with around ฿500 for each additional visitor, the same pattern as sister property LK Metropole. The hotel’s own replies on review sites describe all LK hotels as “one guest” friendly, which lines up. We label this reported rather than verified, though: the clearest write-ups date to 2022 and joiner policies shift with management, so confirm it directly with the hotel before you book.

Either way, your guest registers a Thai ID or passport at reception. That’s standard under Thai hotel law and applies at every hotel in the country.

The verdict

A well-run mid-range tower with more facilities than most of its neighbours and a location that keeps Soi Buakhao and LK Metro a short stroll away. The trade-off is noise: 3rd Road is busy and the clubs nearby run late, so ask for a high room on the quiet side and pack earplugs if you sleep light. As a comfortable, fairly priced base for a Buakhao-focused trip, it earns its spot on the list.
