My Friend You Bar

My Friend You is the next bar along Soi 6, and it is Soi 6 to the bone. The girls perch outside lobbing “hello, handsome man” at everyone who passes, which is exactly the friendly hustle the lane trades on.

Straight talk: the girls are not as fit as the ones a couple of doors down at King Kong and Full Moon, so on looks alone it comes up a bit short of its neighbours. Lineups on Soi 6 turn over constantly though, and there is always the odd exception, so it is worth a glance as you go by. Inside there are black leather couches in dim corners where the oral starts as soon as you ask, and rooms upstairs for the full short time like everywhere else on the lane.

Money is the usual Soi 6 figure, 800 baht oral and 1,300 short time, so cost is not going to sway you either way.

From Second Road, head into Soi 6 and it shows up about 70 meters down on the left. Full Moon used to be the bar next door before it upped and moved out to Khao Talo.

The verdict

A rung below its Soi 6 neighbours on looks, but cheap and friendly enough to deserve a quick look as you work the lane, especially when the better bars are packed.
