Baccara sits mid-soi on Soi Cowboy and is consistently one of the busiest bars on the strip. The two-level layout with its glass ceiling is the gimmick everyone remembers.
The verdict
Loud, packed and unapologetic: it’s the bar people picture when they imagine Soi Cowboy. Get there before 21:00 if you want a seat at the front.
