South Pattaya

South Pattaya is the southern end of the city, anchored by Walking Street and the South Pattaya Road that runs inland from it. It is the busiest nightlife corner after dark and a working local neighborhood by day.

What to expect

Walking Street holds most of the gogo bars and big clubs, while South Pattaya Road behind it mixes local shops and eateries with a few sizeable massage parlors, including one of the newer upmarket soapy houses near Friendship Supermarket. From here it is a short hop south toward Jomtien or back up into Central Pattaya.

If your night centres on Walking Street, this is the end of town to be based in.
